Learning MethodologyWorkplace Matters designs and delivers learning programs that add value to clients by developing leaders and engaging people to commit to organizational success. Learning programs are designed to be highly interactive and consider the adult learner. They are facilitated in a way that engages participants in their learning by drawing out their knowledge and experience. Facilitation is provided through group discussion, self-assessments, and learning exercises such as role-plays, group activities and case studies.
