Learning Methodology

Workplace Matters designs and delivers learning programs that add value to clients by developing leaders and engaging people to commit to organizational success. Learning programs are designed to be highly interactive and consider the adult learner. They are facilitated in a way that engages participants in their learning by drawing out their knowledge and experience. Facilitation is provided through group discussion, self-assessments, and learning exercises such as role-plays, group activities and case studies.

Workplace Matters offers a wide range of solutions designed to meet client’s learning and development requirements and further their organizational mission:

Align training and development requirements to the strategic business plan by conducting a needs assessment and providing recommendations for training and development implementation
Ensure training meets the business needs by designing and/or delivering customized training programs
Develop leadership and empowerment skills in managers and employees through delivery of learning programs on a variety of leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills topics
Reinforce new skill development and applied learning through one-on-one or group coaching or other recommended applications to reinforce learning
