DiSC

DiSC is a language of observable, measurable behaviour. The DiSC assessment is designed to capture how we act – our behaviours and emotions. It reflects one’s behavioural style. In the DiSC model, people view themselves as more powerful or less powerful than the environment. The model describes responses to the environment and divides behaviour into four dimensions – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. With an understanding of the DiSC model, you can think more clearly about the relationships that the different styles share. Learning the DiSC model helps people:
